Terms of Use

ConsentFly is a platform that provides tooling to assist with compliance under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), including consent management, generation of privacy documents, and evidence logging. Use of the platform must be lawful and consistent with these terms and applicable legislation.

The customer is responsible for:

• Correctly configuring the platform on their sites and applications
• Ensuring that their site and use of our features comply with applicable laws, including the LGPD
• Reviewing and validating generated documents (for example, the privacy policy) before publishing them

ConsentFly does not provide legal advice. Our tooling supports compliance; final responsibility for the legal fitness of your business rests with the site owner or the data-processing legal representative.

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, ConsentFly is not liable for:

• Legal disputes, fines, or sanctions arising from your use of your own site or your data processing as a customer
• Misuse or incorrect use of the platform by the user
• Incorrect configuration of features (banner, documents, scripts) by the customer
• Indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss, except where directly caused by a proven ConsentFly failure

We work hard to keep the platform stable and available. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, especially on free plans. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability without constituting a breach of these terms.

Use of the platform is subject to the limits of the contracted plan (number of sites, requests, features). Exceeding limits may result in temporary restrictions or the need to upgrade. Plan terms are described on the pricing page and may change with prior notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for abusive use, fraud, violations of these terms or applicable laws, or conduct that harms the platform or third parties. Where possible, we will give prior notice; in cases of immediate risk, suspension may be immediate.

These Terms of Use may change over time. Material changes will be communicated by email or platform notice. Continued use of ConsentFly after the changes are disclosed constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the user's domicile, with waiver of any other jurisdiction however privileged.
